Trash Bin Reminder

This is a friendly reminder from the HOA regarding trash service days and bin storage. We appreciate your help in keeping our community clean and well-maintained!We’d like to remind everyone of the trash pick-up guidelines for your community:

• Trash and recycling pick-up days are Tuesday and Friday. Containers may be placed curbside from dusk the evening before pick-up until dusk on pick-up day.
• All trash must be placed inside the designated receptacles; no loose trash may be left outside the containers.
• No bulk trash may be left out more than 4 hours prior to the scheduled bulk pick-up. If not collected, it must be promptly removed and stored out of sight.
• Trash and recycling containers must be stored out of view on non-pick-up days. This means inside the garage or screened from public view.
• Containers stored on the side of the residence must not be visible from the front or side of the lot.
• Owners may submit an application for concrete pads on the side of the residence to store containers. However, approval may be limited or denied if setbacks or spacing between homes do not allow sufficient room for installation.
• All approved pads must be screened either with:
o Live plantings tall enough to conceal the containers at the time of planting, or
o An L-shaped wood fence stained to match the existing fence (or in a light to medium brown if no match is available).
